Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken
1 Medium White Onion, divided
1/2 T Marjoram
1/2 T Ground Rosemary
2 Garlic Cloves
1 t Salt
1/2 t Ground Black Pepper
8 Tortillas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 Degrees
- Dice Garlic and 1/2 Onion until almost a paste.
- Combine Onion and Garlic with, Chicken, Marjoram, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper.
- Form into a meatloaf shape and bake in a glass baking pan for 50-60 minutes.
- Chop the Tomato and remaining Onion
- Slice Chicken Thinly, place 1/8th of the meat in a warmed Tortilla top with Skinny Tzatziki, Tomato and Onion.
