Wonton Pizzas

There are so many snacks out there that are so unhealthy but I still love to snack. I found these on Emily Bites. These are a great alternative and at 1 points per Wonton Pizza these can be paired with a salad and be made into a meal. These are so good that Giuliana ate 4 of them by herself!

Ingredients

16 Wonton Wrappers
8 t Pizza Sauce
1 t Italian Seasonings
16 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
4 String Cheese Sticks (Cut Into Quarters)

Small bowl of water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. On a flat surface place the Wonton Wrapper with the corner facing you.
  4. Place 1/2 t Pizza Sauce, pinch of Italian Seasonings,1 slice of Pepperoni Slices and 1 String Cheese.
  5. Fold in sides and roll.
  6. Wet the tip of your finger and rub a tiny amount of water on the tip of the Wonton Wrapper and fold over to seal.
  7. When they are all on the baking sheet spray with a non fat cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes, turning half-way through.
  9. Serve plain or with your choice of toppings (toppings not included in points.)

Yes, I actually have a measuring spoon that is a "Pinch."
Thank you Aunt Catherine, Uncle Tim, Jonathon and Daniel.
I am not sure which one of you found these for me a few years
ago but they are fun to pull out from time to time.
Wrapped and ready to bake

My Sous Chef was more focused on talking to her Grandma and Grandpa than cooking.
Time to eat!
