Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast, Cooked and Chopped
3 T Light Mayo
2 T Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 T Chopped Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Minced Cilantro
1 Medium Avocado, Diced
8 Medium Romaine Lettuce Leaves
4 - 8" Tortillas
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine Mayo, Yogurt, Chipotle Pepper, Green Onion, and Cilantro.
- Add Chicken, Lemon Juice, and Avocado, mix well.
- Place 2 Lettuce Leaves on each Wrap
- Add 1/4 of the Filling and wrap.
- Enjoy!
