Ingredients:
- 1/2 Banana, Mashed
- 3/4 c Water
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- 2 T Canola Oil
- 2 t Baking Powder
- 1 c All-Purpose Flour
- Dash of Salt
- 4 Hershey's Milk Chocolate Nuggets, chopped
- Butter or oil for cooking (not factored into the nutritional information)
Instructions:
- Whisk the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl
- Whisk Baking Powder, Flour, and Salt together
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. (Be careful not to mix too much, there will be lumps.)
- Add Chocolate to the Batter and mix gently.
- On a preheated griddle or pan add Oil or Butter to the pan.
- Once the Oil is heated or Butter is melted add scoops of the Batter.
- When the bubbles on the top of the pancake start popping, flip the pancakes.
- Once the underside is golden brown remove and serve.
My kids did not even need syrup or butter for these!
