Nutritional Information (calculated on myfitnesspal.com): 9 servings, 284 calories, 41g carbs, 15g fat, 2g protein
Ingredients:
- 2 Pre-Made Pie Crusts
- 4 T Light Butter, Melted
- 2 T Cinnamon
- 4 T Sugar
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 T Skim Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450℉.
- On a lightly floured surface, Roll out the Pie Crusts to a thin square.
- Brush the pie crust on one side with the melted Butter.
- Sprinkle the Sugar over the butter creating a thin layer.
- Sprinkle the Cinnamon over the sugar.
- Roll the pie crust and cut into 1/2" slices
- Place them on a greased baking sheet. They do not need to be as far apart as I have them pictured below since they do not expand much.
- Bake them for 11 minutes.
- While they are baking, mix the Skim Milk and Powdered Sugar to make the icing.
- Let cool for 1 minute on the sheet prior to serving.
- Either spoon the icing over the top or serve it as a dipping sauce, enjoy!
